If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our products, you have a period of 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the package to return the product and request a refund. <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Return Conditions<\/h4>\n\n<p>To be eligible for return, the product must meet the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It must be in the same condition as when it was received, without any signs of use, damage or wear.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It must be returned in its original packaging, together with all accessories, manuals and any documents (warranty certificate, instructions, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as an invoice or receipt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Proceed with a Return<\/h4>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Notice: Before sending the product back, please contact us by email or phone to inform us of your intention to return and to receive the necessary instructions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Packaging: Make sure the product is properly packaged to prevent damage during shipping.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shipping: Send the package via courier service to the address specified by our customer service representative.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refund of the Countervalue<\/h4>\n\n<p>After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
