Refund of the Countervalue
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If the request is approved:
- The refund will be processed and the money will be returned to your bank account or original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are not refundable.
Return Costs
- The shipping cost for returning the product is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product has manufacturing defects or was delivered incorrectly.
