48V Battery Kit Without Cells

This 48V LiFePO4 battery kit for 280-330Ah EVE cells is the ideal solution for energy storage applications and use in solar or off-grid projects. The kit includes high-quality components, designed for performance, safety and ease of installation.

The kit contains:

• Metal box made in Romania: with dimensions of 800mm x 430mm x 265mm, ensuring increased protection and durability for the battery.
• BMS JK-PB2A16S20P 200A: with 2A active balancing capacity, which ensures uniform charging and complete protection for the battery. The specifications of the BMS are:
  • Continuous discharge current: 200A, providing reliability and sustained performance.
  • Maximum discharge current: 350A for 2 minutes, for moments of high demand.
  • Charging current: 200A, supporting fast and efficient charging.
• CE BMS certification: ZHT-230316005C, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• The cables needed to connect the cells to the BMS and the battery terminals.
• Textolite protection for the inside of the case and for the lid

Advanced monitoring and connectivity features:

• Real-time monitoring and reporting: voltage, current, temperature and charge status, all displayed on a 4.3-inch screen for complete system control.
• Communication interfaces: Bluetooth, RS232/RS485 and CAN, providing flexibility in battery integration and monitoring.

Included protection functions: The BMS includes overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent, short circuit and temperature protection, using 4 temperature probes for precise monitoring and prevention of overheating problems.

Easy connection to other batteries: The kit is equipped with 4 200A terminals (2 for plus and 2 for minus) that allow parallel connection with other batteries, for a personalized configuration and expansion of storage capacity.

This battery kit is designed for maximum reliability and optimal performance, making it the perfect choice for users who want an efficient and safe storage system at low cost.

This kit is intended solely for use as a spare part and component for battery assembly, not being a finished product. It is recommended that its installation and use be carried out by professionals or trained persons, in accordance with the technical specifications provided.

Since the kit can be used in industrial environments, garages, cellars or other similar spaces, it is the user’s responsibility to ensure that optimal operating and safety conditions are observed. The product warranty is 1 year, according to the specifications in the warranty certificate.
