Heating pad 48V 40W – Maximum temperature 45 Degrees Celsius

Description

This pad is designed to heat LifePo4 battery cells. It connects to a BMS with heating function and is essential for optimizing performance and extending cell life in low temperature conditions.

It ensures uniform and controlled heating of the cells, preventing capacity loss and improving energy efficiency. Two heating units are required for a 48V and 280Ah configuration, guaranteeing safe and reliable operation even in extreme environments. Ideal for LiFePO4 batteries used in solar applications and energy storage systems.

The pads are connected in parallel. The minus is controlled by the BMS and the plus is connected to the battery terminal.

The BMS automatically starts heating when it passes the minimum temperature threshold and stops when it passes the return threshold.
